Reduced Charges
There will be times where a reduced fee will be incorporated into our services. Have I mentioned that we would like to be seen to be fair and that we will do everything we can to maximise your income?
- Multiple Weekly Invoices – In our vast experience of this business, we are aware that occasionally we may receive payment of invoices late, whereupon they overlap and we may be making one payment which could incorporate more than one invoice. We will therefore reduce the cost down to the processing and administration for all subsequent invoices to that of just the weekly rates and make one charge for the bank fee.
- Standard money transfer – Commonly known as a BACS payment (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services), attracts a minimal cost of just £0.25p. However, payment type is subject to a 3 day clearance for funds. If you wish to take advantage of this reduced cost and the waiting time does not bother you, then you can opt to be paid by BACS, taking out the payment cost and reducing your costs to that of a slightly increased processing and administration charge of £15.00 each invoiced week. A BACS payment is only available if the payment is made in pounds sterling, to a pounds sterling UK bank account.
- Small value invoices – Perhaps you have come to the end of a contract, or just fell ill and could not finish a weeks work leaving you with just a small amount to invoice. Invariably, the situation of being ill may be sorted out by your Agent combining 2 weeks into 1, however should we receive an instruction to raise an invoice or make a payment for under £100.00, we may be able to arrange a reduction in costs, perhaps by making the payment via BACS (see Standard money transfer above). Please contact us to discuss possible options available should this issue occur.
